Good Evening Everyone!

I just wanted to take a moment to remind my clients of my cancelation policies.

If you make an appointment with me you are booking time out of my life to do your hair. If you do not wish to get your hair done anymore please tell me 48 hours before your appointment. I understand emergencies/sickness arises, however, the way you engage with me and those issues will determine if I deem you not suitable to the policy.

If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be required to pay for the appointment you booked. I am paid by time so that is hour per hour unless your getting a cut or style. If you do not pay this appointment all future appointments will be canceled until payment.

Reminder that you are not just paying for the product, you’re paying for my skills, my time, my effort, my space, my energy and positive vibes. Please treat me, the way that I treat all of you.

Lastly, unless you’re a model for one of my classes or competitions do not expect me to discount your hair. I have been extremely laid back about payment and I can’t do that anymore. If you can not afford my prices, respectfully, you will have to look into a new stylist.

I am running a business and I also need to have respect for myself.
