Well folks, like this summer’s parasite cleanse consider me your early warning system. 🤧 The ick (flu) is here and I got the joy of navigating this one as well.

Boiron Oscillococcinum at onset. This is a homeopathic preparation that has been used for over 80 years to reduce the duration and severity of flu symptoms. If you do not already have this in your cabinet, fix that before you need it.

Trace minerals in my water all day to stay hydrated and support my cells while they do their job. Your cells need minerals to conduct every electrical signal and enzymatic reaction involved in mounting an immune response.

Quantum Health Super Lysine+ for antiviral support. Research published in the journal Viruses found that lysine can block infection of both influenza A and SARS type viruses in vitro by disrupting the virus uncoating process. It has also been shown to downregulate inflammatory cytokines while supporting targeted antiviral defenses.

Monolaurin at 3 grams internally. Monolaurin is derived from lauric acid, the same compound found in breast milk and coconut oil. Research shows it disrupts the lipid envelopes that surround viruses like influenza, herpes, and other enveloped viruses, essentially dissolving their protective coating so they cannot function or spread. It also supports beneficial gut flora and modulates inflammation without creating resistance.
