Blink by Nikki

I have one more spot left for a full set this coming week 🧡 message me to book, $20 deposit due upon booking!

BLINK BY NIKKI | APPOINTMENT EXPECTATIONS & BOOKING GUIDELINES

I completely understand that life happens and occasionally things don’t go as planned. However, I do need to respect my time, my clients’ time, and my business. With that being said, please arrive on time to your appointments. Your appointment time is the time I have specifically reserved for you. Please plan accordingly and arrive ready to begin at your scheduled appointment time — and no later than your scheduled appointment time.

⏰ 5 MINUTES LATE

Please COMMUNICATE WITH ME if you are going to be late. Even 5 minutes can cut into your appointment time, which may affect the amount of time I have to complete your service.

⏰ 5+ MINUTES LATE

Again, please COMMUNICATE WITH ME if you are running behind.

Appointments that are more than 5 minutes late with no communication will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked with Blink.

Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in being blacklisted from Blink.

⏰ CONTINUED LATENESS

If you are repeatedly late to your appointments, I reserve the right to require full payment and/or a deposit before booking future appointments.

I also reserve the right to refuse future services.

My time is my money, and I have a business to run. 🤍

🚫 NO-CALL / NO-SHOW

A no-call/no-show will result in 50% of the remaining service balance being due before another appointment can be booked.

Failure to pay this balance will result in being blacklisted from Blink.

❌ SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

Same-day cancellations will result in 50% of the service balance being due before another appointment can be booked.

Failure to pay this balance will result in being blacklisted from Blink.

📅 SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS

My set business hours are my set business hours. If you need an appointment outside of my normal booking schedule or need to be squeezed in the same day, a $35 same-day appointment fee will be added to your service.

Please remember that lash appointments are scheduled based on the amount of time needed to provide you with a quality service. Arriving late can affect the quality of your lashes, the amount of time available for your appointment, and the client scheduled after you.

These policies are not meant to be harsh. As my business and clientele continue to grow, these guidelines are necessary to keep Blink by Nikki running smoothly and to ensure that every client receives the time, attention, and quality service they deserve.

Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and the clients who come after you. 💗
