One of the best compliments I get from clients is when they tell me they love my energy and how good the salon makes them feel ! Energy doesn’t lie , surrounding yourself with people who feel good and lift you up is so important . Making people feel good is a super power ! Keep shining ✨✨

Okay so this has always bothered me but lately having so many loved ones and clients that are going through treatment or that have passed from breast cancer or any kind of cancer really it just seems unfathomable to think a company that actually has carcinogens in there products would pretend to be supportive or even care . Over the past few years I have been been very mindful of the products I use especially in the salon . Just eliminating a few things here and there do actually make a difference . I started with laundry detergent years ago , then plastics in my house and it just went from there . It’s your health and it does matter , be your own advocate and schedule those mammograms ! 🎀

Always look for the little silver linings ! Life has a way of throwing some pretty big curveballs to put it mildly 😜don’t i know . Just remember these moments don’t define who you are , how you rebuild yourself does and that doesn’t mean your not supposed to cry in the shower when you need to it means you need to give yourself grace and know you are worthy of a good life filled with happiness and love ❤️.

Sometimes we forget how far we’ve come , go back a few years or maybe even a few months and see the difference . Maybe this is where you wished to be and don’t even realize it . I think today instead of beating ourselves up we should celebrate how far our bodies have brought us and what a privilege it is to be able to move it every day ! Shift your mind and love yourself and even if 10 minutes is all you have it’s better than nothing . Love yourself and your mind & body will love you back .
