I packed up the glow and brought a restorative LED Light Therapy session to the most beautiful little corner by the water.

This is exactly the direction I’ve been dreaming about — taking the pieces you loved about the shop (the calm, the care, the tiny pause from the outside world) and bringing them into new spaces.

30 minutes under professional-grade red + near-infrared light, accompanied by nourishing skincare, aromatherapy, sound therapy & intentional rest.

No pressure to meditate perfectly. No list of things to do. Just a space to rest, receive and let your skin + nervous system have a moment.
