starting on February the 6th. There will be 1Touch 8 week class at the community center. Contact the warrensburg community center for more information. It is also in the Winter activity guide. Classes are $15 per class

Thank you to the National Federation of the Blind of Kansas for having us out for your state convention. Looking forward to next years already.

The Ageless Quest
In the last couple weeks I have gotten insurance as a 1Touch certified coach. I have also filed a LLC for Ageless Armor. Getting my business side on track. I also took some time to write out if I want to make $ i need to do so many classes or workshops. Giving me a focus on what i can do per week. I feel like having a plan is key in business and now I have one.
As always if you know anyone who could benefit from 1Touch self defense instruction and lives in or around Missouri let me know.

Live in the qarrensburg Area? I will be doing a FREE intro class this saturday from 2 to 4 at cave hallo park in warrensburg Mo.
This training is offered free because of the Old Drum chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Missouri. They are having their annual chapter picnic from 4 to 6pm Its going to be a great time!
