Front Desk Attendant Job Description (nights and weekends)

Experience and Educational Requirements:
Equivalent of a High School Education Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Cash Register Experience Required
Reception Experience Preferred
Skills Required:
The ability to smile and be welcoming
Basic math skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must have goodwill, diplomacy and the ability to get along with others
Believe in a high level of customer service
Ability to multitask
Enjoy working with people.

Duties to Be Performed:
Handle incoming calls
Greet everyone who comes in the front door
Check In/ Out guests
Register guests and collect guest fees
Sell tanning bed packages and accessories and schedule tanning/salon appointments
Sell and keep supplies stocked
Keep towels washed, dried and folded
Keep desk and lobby neat and clean at all times

Serenity Salon and Spa is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist with Reflexology experience who, preferably, can provide existing clientele to join our growing business. Serenity offers flexible hours, a clean and hygienic work place, and is a high class environment. We expect those who work with us to be professional, dependable, punctual, and friendly. Experience is required and existing clientele is preferred. Applicants must be licensed by the State of Missouri. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays.

License Required: Massage Therapist License
Certification Required: Massage Therapist Certification
Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years
