Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Bites 🧀⁠

𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 𝙗𝙮 .karimcooks⁠

𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 📑⁠
Cauliflower⁠
1 tbsp melted butter⁠
1/4 tsp salt⁠
1/4 tsp pepper⁠
1/4 cup parmesan cheese⁠
1/4 tsp dried thyme⁠
𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 🔪⁠
Cut your cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Place them in a large bowl and add the melted butter. Mix well then Air Fry at 425°F/ 220°C for 10-15 mins, flipping halfway (or Bake at 425°F/ 220°C for 30-35 mins flipping halfway).⁠
Serve with a low-carb ranch and Enjoy!

Sometimes you find ways to change up the usual by adding a new ingredient or changing how you prepare it to make it feel “new,” but simple!⁠
𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 🔪⁠
Shred some cheese and bake it in the oven till melted (10min at 350°F/ 175°C) Add ground meat and wrap it/fold it over. Cover with your favorite low-sugar tomato sauce. Add some grated cotija cheese and some fresh basil leaves for color!

Slather on about 1/4 cup Mayonaise over the salmon filet. Sprinkle on:⁠
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning⁠
1 tsp dried onions⁠
1 tsp dried parsley flakes⁠
Place in the oven and bake at 375°F/ 190°C for 20 minutes.⁠ Serve with sautéed yellow and orange bell peppers for an easy low-carb meal!

Basil Pesto Recipe🍃⁠

𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 𝙗𝙮 .karimcooks⁠

𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 📑⁠
2 cups packed fresh basil leaves⁠
2 cloves garlic⁠
2 tsp of lemon juice⁠
1/4 cup pine nuts⁠
2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided⁠
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste⁠
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese⁠
𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 🔪⁠
Add all ingredients (except the olive oil) to a food processor (or blender) and blend.⁠
Add half of the olive oil and blend for another 15 seconds.⁠
Add the remainder of the olive oil and blend for another 15 seconds or until smooth.
