My assistant program has always been about so much more than having an extra set of hands behind the chair. It's about education, mentorship, building confidence, and giving a new stylist to learn the why behind the work -- not just the how.
Basically everything I needed as a new stylist 20 years ago.

Over the next several months, Lauren will be working alongside me, learning everything from color and extensions to consultations, guest experience, and all the little details that happen behind the scenes.

And selfishly, I am pretty excited for you all to get to know her, too. 🤎
