When should you book if you want to look like yourself by the holidays? 🖤
Sooner than you think.
Botox takes about 10–14 days to fully settle. If it’s your first treatment or adjusting your dose, Michon wants to see you again in two weeks.
Juvederm® filler needs time as a biostimulator. Swelling settles, tissue integrates, and your results continue to refine. What you see at day three isn’t your final result.
And here’s something Michon believes in: Beautiful, natural results don’t happen all at once. She prefers a thoughtful, gradual approach that allows you to build, assess, and adjust along the way.
Give yourself 4–6 weeks minimum before your holiday photos.

We're trying something we haven't tried before... 🙌
Christie asked Michon about PRF for melasma on her cheeks. Michon has done a lot of PRF, under-eyes especially, but not for this. The literature is promising. Her own experience with this application starts today.
So we're documenting it honestly. Three treatments, six weeks apart, same protocol we use for everything else. Plus PRF to the lateral cheek for a little support while we're there.
No predictions. We'll show you what happens either way.

“Everything came back normal.”
Four words that are supposed to be good news, and somehow leave you feeling worse. You know how you feel, and normal isn’t it.
Normal usually means nothing showed up on a standard panel. It doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Broader testing, a full history, and a provider with time to look often finds what a basic panel was never designed to catch.
Being told nothing’s wrong isn’t the same as being well. You’re allowed to keep asking. 🤍
