This Firewalker used to weight about 420 pounds....
I am now proudly 275 and shrinking in a healthy way, and I dropped 3 pounds while on vacation for 11 days and attending a Tony Robbins UPW!
I had to give away my old "skinny jeans" and buy new ones, and am now on the cusp of having to repeat that process...
I am giving tips, tricks, timeless advice and awareness paradigms out on my new Group, where participation and questions are encouraged.
The Healthier You Lifestyle is all about Fitting into Your Skinny Jeans again, and in the long run having new even smaller jeans to call your skinny jeans.
Also it is about the lifestyle and mindset and support so that you too can feel comfortable in your own skin. And yes, I will be sharing some mindset stuff I leaned via Tony Robbins and the UPW.
