She’s a newer business owner, an esthetician and officially building her clientele right here inside The Collective.

What did we miss?

We have been keeping a pretty big secret behind the scenes.

The Collective is moving into a brand-new, bigger home in 2027.

And instead of disappearing for six months and magically revealing a finished salon, we’re bringing you into it.

The plans. The build-out. The design decisions. The things we change our minds about 47 times. The before photos. The progress. The inevitable “what have we done” moment.

All of it.
It won’t happen overnight, but that’s kind of the point.

Because you can learn a lot about someone from a service menu, but you learn a whole lot more when you find out who considers 9 PM a late night, who is mentally already in Bora Bora, who has a sacred pink acrylic brush, and who is somehow functioning on three hours of sleep.

The Collective is made up of women with completely different personalities, aesthetics, specialties and stories, all working under one roof right here in Weatherford.

Some are cozy. Some are glam. Some are country. Some are a little moody. Some are running entirely on caffeine and ambition.

And somehow, it works.

The build-out. The decisions. The girls. The businesses. The chaos. The things that go right and probably a few things that absolutely do not.

Meet Payton. 🤍

If you haven’t met Payton yet, it’s time.

Payton is our newest lash artist here at The Collective, and after having her with us for about a month now, we can honestly say she has been such a sweet addition to the salon.

She makes the drive all the way from Gainesville to be here, and we really do appreciate the commitment that takes. She is serious about building her business, growing her clientele, and creating a space where women can come in and leave feeling better than they did when they walked in.

Payton got into lashing because she remembered how good she felt the first time she had her own lashes done, and she wanted to be able to give that same feeling to other women. That says a lot about the kind of experience she wants to give her clients.

She is currently accepting new clients for lashes and needleless lip filler, so go show her some love, follow her page, and get on her books.
