September 26th , join us in ceremony as we honor the Autumn Equinox, a sacred turning point when day and night come into balance, inviting us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with our own inner balance. 🍂✨
As nature begins her beautiful transition from expansion into rest, we are invited to do the same.
Together, we will gather in heart-centered community to slow down, turn inward, and connect more deeply with ourselves through the loving medicine of cacao. 🤎
The intention of this ceremony is to create space for grounding, reflection, release, and renewal - harmonizing our thoughts, feelings, and emotions as we honor where we are in this season of our lives.
The Autumn Equinox reminds us that there is wisdom in both holding on and letting go. As the natural world releases what it no longer needs, we too can lovingly surrender old patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that may be ready to move through us.
🍁 We will cultivate:
• Balance within the mind, body & heart
• Grounding and connection to self
• Gratitude for the harvest of what we have experienced
• Compassionate release of what no longer serves us
• Intention for the season ahead

Join Jennifer for an evening of Kundalini Yoga, conscious breath, movement, meditation, and deep gong relaxation designed to bring you back into your body, reconnect you with your foundation, and create space for what is ready to rise.

✨Kriya for lower triangle chakras - cultivating stability, embodiment, and a deeper connection within the foundation.
