•”Filling the hair” is an extra step when going from blonde to brown and is SO important! Filling the hair simply means redepositing the warm pigments back into the hair that were lost during the lifting and bleaching process. If this step is skipped it will leave you with a muddy green look to your color and will wash out very quickly! •
