Cancellation Policy and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved just for you. We value your business but ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a 24 hour notice. You will receive a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please make sure at this time you have checked your schedule to ensure you can keep your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a fee of $25.00. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any notification will be charged in full for the booked service. The majority of our services are booked in 90 minute to 4 hour appointments. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have booked at the same time. Clients will be required to provide a credit card or gift certificate voucher to book. There will be no charge applied unless the policy applies.
