Lash Surgeon

Most of the lash artists that I know, only went the best for their clients. There were 30 of us in this one class in Orlando and we’re all pi**ed. We all spent a lot of money to take this class along with travel and staying in a hotel for three days. I was fortunate enough to be able to drive to Orlando but there were other others that flew in just for this class. We were able to offer this groundbreaking adhesive to our clients, especially ones that are highly sensitive and some of us were successfully able to get our clients to be able to wear lashes again now that the adhesive is not in stock and the company was not transparent during class to let us know that we may run into a problem when re-ordering. I’m a two adhesive per order Lash artist, meaning I ordered two lash adhesives because I never wanna be without. The two that arrived at the end of June were expiring in 6 days, and are now expired.

So now what?

The communication has been spotty and a lot of the girls have lost trust in this company.

Personally, I love the adhesive itself. The communication and customer service has been awful. I’ve personally sent three emails and a few phone calls and none of them have been answered. Just a blanket communication to some of the last artists that were in class. I really hope they form a better communication strategy for their customers because what they’re doing right now it’s not working.

All we want are clear answers of when the adhesive will return, and then we can all go on about our lives.
