"What do I have to wear to my massage?" The answer is: whatever you have that is comfortable for the weather. During Winter it's completely understandable for you to be wearing 3 layers. In summer just a tank top and shorts is perfect. Whether you're coming from home or work just come as you are in whatever you find comfortable. All I ask is that you're not wearing anything overly complicated or extravagant (no ballgowns or corsets please.)

I know for myself I get a massage every two weeks to help my body recover and be in top notch condition to give the best massages. I’ve learned over my 13 years of being a massage therapist to take care of my physical and mental wellbeing and massage helps with that.

Some much needed me time. I won’t ever ask someone to do something I’m not willing to do myself. I get bodywork done every other week to keep me going and able to give my best for each massage I do.
