I am so sorry but we will need to cancel yoga for this Sunday, Oct 23. One of our FP staff member’s dad passed away and the funeral is at 3:00 on Sunday.
Also, we traditionally cancel for the Fall Fest which is the next Sunday. SO we won't meet again until Nov 6. On that day we will learn new stretches and work with our foam rollers. 😍Thanks for your understanding!
