I'm out there searching the internet and also print cookbooks to cook, taste, and share what I find. My hope is that this will raise awareness of how far vegan recipes have come in terms of taste and texture. My goal is that this will be a resource for vegans, omnis, and everyone in between to explore plant-based meals with an open mind.
