NEXT WEEK'S CITY COUNCIL MEETING MOVED TO BIG WALNUT HIGH SCHOOL.

The Sunbury City Council meeting scheduled for April 15, 2026 at 7:30 pm is being moved to the Big Walnut High School auditorium.

At this meeting, council members will consider legislation to impose a time-bound moratorium on data center development in Sunbury. This consequential piece of legislation is expected to draw a larger than normal crowd for a city council meeting.

Although the location for the meeting has changed, the meeting itself will function as normal with public comment received at the start of the meeting.

Anyone interested in sharing their comments about the proposed moratorium or learning more about what is being considered should attend this meeting.

Toners are not permanent and gradually fade out of the hair over time. Even if a clients hair lifts perfectly the toner will eventually fade out and the hair will go back to warm unless their hair is naturally a level 9-10.

Here are a few things I recommend to my clients to help their hair from fading to yellow or brassy tones

1. Schedule maintenance toning appointments in between Blonding services. Toners can help maintain cool or ashy blondes tones. My go to toning line is shades EQ 🙌

2. Purple shampoo can be a blondes best friend if used the right way. I don't recommend just any purple or blue shampoo. If you're a client ask your stylist what brand purple shampoo will work best for your hair. I like to use Redken Color Extend Blondage 💜

3. Using a water filter on your shower head can help prevent hard water build up on the hair. Installing a shower filter helps prevent unwanted minerals and chemicals from wreaking havoc on the hair. Hard water can cause toner to fade out even quicker than it normally should. I have a few shower filters linked in my bio
