Loves use an oil on your ends. Conditioner is not enough.
Our ends crave hydration. So give it to them! Especially in Colorado when the weather changes all of the time.
I also recommend a leave in conditioner.

Brushing your hair to rough! Stop ripping your hair out! It wants to stay in your scalp!
Gently start at the bottom and work your way up to the top. This should be a nice relaxing feeling not work.
