Im truly grateful for the talent we’ve had at HER over the years. We recently had Mayson pivot out of the industry to pursue other passions and Madi will be relocating to Kalispell in March. When we found ourselves short-staffed, these two didn’t just step up… they rose. Showing up early, staying late, maintaining the highest standards, and still making every guest feel cared for, confident, and beautiful. 💛

What inspires me most is their heart for this industry. They aren’t just serving clients — they’re mentoring the next generation, welcoming assistants, and pouring their knowledge, professionalism, and passion into future stylists.
