This week feels like a quiet invitation to look again.

Venus has turned retrograde in Libra, bringing relationships, values, desire, and reciprocity into focus. We may be reconsidering what still feels aligned, what has changed, and what we are ready to see more honestly.

For me, this is a good reminder that we don't always need to rush toward an answer. Sometimes we need to sit with what we're feeling long enough for the deeper truth to emerge.

What are you ready to reconsider? What are you ready to release?

I wrote more about this week’s planetary rhythm, emotional themes, and how we can move with the energy in this week’s Sacred Rhythm Report.

Ayurvedic Nutrition: Understanding the Six Tastes and Their Impact on Health and Well-being 09/25/2026

I feel like this is a great article:

Ayurvedic Nutrition: Understanding the Six Tastes and Their Impact on Health and Well-being Ayurvedic nutrition emphasizes the six tastes – sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent – each playing a unique role in balancing the doshas and supporting overall health. In Ayurveda, …

This weeks Sacred Rhythm Report:

This week feels heavy.

Exhaustion. Disappointment. Anger. Tears close to the surface.

Sometimes we aren't looking for another lesson or another reason to “rise above.” Sometimes we simply want to feel cared for—to stop being the one who holds everything together.

This week's astrology invites us to listen to that longing.

What is your exhaustion telling you? Where do you need more support? What is no longer sustainable?

You don't have to fix everything this week. You can feel what is true and choose your next step from there.

Something is shifting this week.

Last week may have moved circumstances in ways you didn't expect. This week begins to give you enough distance to see what those changes were revealing.

Mercury has entered Leo, joining the Sun in its own sign, bringing greater clarity, confidence, and willingness to speak from what you know.

Then on August 28, a powerful lunar eclipse arrives in Shatabhisha—the “100 Healers,” a mysterious nakshatra known as the veiling star for its ability to conceal and reveal what lies beneath the surface.

What has been difficult to understand may suddenly make sense.

A pattern may become visible. A boundary may become clear. Something that felt like disruption may reveal itself as a necessary course correction.

This is not a week to force answers.

It is a week to pay attention.

The eclipse asks: What is becoming visible now that you could not see before?

The newest Sacred Rhythm Report explores the eclipse, the shifts in the sky, and how to work consciously with what is being revealed.

The August 12 Solar Eclipse arrives in Ashlesha Nakshatra—a powerful time for shedding old patterns, releasing what no longer fits, and listening beneath our reactions.

Sometimes transformation isn't about becoming someone new. It's about letting go of what we've outgrown.

This week's Sacred Rhythm explores the eclipse, intuition, surrender, and the wisdom of shedding the old skin.

A year ago, I thought this product would be different and that it would be finished in a few months.

I had no idea how hard it would be. Gah!

There were formulation changes.

Manufacturers that looked promising...until they weren't.

Emails that stopped getting answered.

Samples that weren't right.

Moments when I questioned whether I should keep going at all.
More than once, I wondered if this dream was simply asking too much of me.

But every time I considered walking away, I came back to the same question:

What if women deserve better than what's already out there?

Not another product built around shame or "fixing" our bodies.

Not another reminder that aging is something to fight.

But something that invites us back into relationship with ourselves.

That belief became Sacred Bloom Health.

And today, after a year of setbacks, revisions, and more patience than I ever imagined I'd need, I'm opening the preorder for Velvet Bloom Botanical Intimate Oil.

Velvet Bloom is a daily ritual for conscious midlife women seeking vitality, beauty, strength, and longevity.

It's a nourishing blend of botanical oils and herbs created to soften and replenish delicate intimate skin while supporting its natural moisture barrier. More than that, it's an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember that caring for yourself is a sacred practice—not another task to check off.

This is only the beginning of what I hope Sacred Bloom Health becomes: beautifully crafted wellness rooted in nature and science that helps women return to themselves through ritual and rhythm.

Because of the size of this first production run, I'm opening just 111 preorder bottles, and preorders close September 1.

If this speaks to you—or to someone you love—comment BLOOM below, and I'll send you the preorder details.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me over the past year, even when I wasn't sure this day would come.

This isn't just the launch of a product.

For me, it's proof that some things are worth growing slowly.....

The 27 Nakshatras: Learning the Rhythm of the Sky 07/23/2026

For thousands of years, people looked to the sky not just to tell time, but to understand it.

Most of us are familiar with the twelve zodiac signs, but Vedic astrology also recognizes the 27 nakshatras—lunar constellations that offer a deeper understanding of rhythm, timing, and the subtle qualities of each day.

In this Sacred Rhythm article, I explore what the nakshatras are, how they differ from Western astrology, and why they've become such an important part of the way I live and practice.

I hope you'll join me in looking at the sky through a different lens.

The 27 Nakshatras: Learning the Rhythm of the Sky Exploring Sacred Rhythm of the Moon in sidereal Astrology

Daily Devotion: Ayurveda as a Way of Remembering 07/21/2026

The way we care for ourselves each day shapes the way we move through our lives.

In my latest Sacred Rhythm article, I explore Ayurveda not as a collection of wellness practices, but as a way of cultivating relationship—with yourself, the seasons, your body, your community, and the natural world.

Sometimes the most profound healing doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from returning to the simple rhythms that have always been there.

I hope it serves as a gentle reminder to come home to yourself.

The light always returns.

This week's New Moon in Punarvasu Nakshatra reminds us that renewal rarely comes from forcing change. It comes from returning to ourselves with greater awareness.

With Mercury retrograde reaching one of its deepest phases, we're invited to revisit old stories, habits, and patterns—not to relive them, but to see them through new eyes. Sometimes the greatest transformation begins with a simple shift in perspective.

As the Sun enters sidereal Cancer, the energy turns inward, encouraging us to nourish our bodies, protect our peace, and trust our intuition. Meanwhile, Mars and Ketu challenge us to release what no longer serves our growth.

This is a week to slow down, listen deeply, and remember that healing isn't linear. It's a spiral that continually brings us back to the light.

May you find renewal in the quiet moments and the courage to trust the wisdom already within you.
