I’ll admit it—I’m definitely fueled by coffee, but I can get caught up in the scrolling too! My goal this season is to spend more time stretching, journaling, and starting my day with intention.
It’s hard to believe school starts in less than two weeks! 📚✏️ With schedules about to get busy, now is the perfect time to treat yourself. I still have a couple of appointment spots available if you’re ready to be pampered and head into the school year feeling refreshed and confident.

💇♀️ Don’t skip your trims!
Contrary to popular belief, trims don’t make your hair grow faster… but they do help keep it healthier! Regular trims remove split ends before they travel farther up the hair shaft, helping your hair look fuller, smoother, and healthier while reducing breakage.
Think of it this way: A tiny trim now can save you from needing a much bigger haircut later! 😉

I also wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up: starting in August, my salon hours will be changing and will be a bit more limited.

One step forward, two steps back! 😅
Yesterday was quite the adventure. It ended with replacing a part on the salon’s A/C unit (never the kind of surprise you want! 🥴). On top of that, I made my usual supply run, and wow… if you’ve bought anything lately, you know prices are no joke. As much as I love doing hair, keeping the salon stocked has definitely become more expensive over the years.
So let’s make a game out of it! 💇♀️✨
