Nails by Kieu

I DO ALL THE PRETTY GIRLS NAILS 💅

I’m Kieu! I’m a slt for hand painted nail art! It excites me when given the opportunity to improve my character art and intricate line work - it’s where my attention to detail really gets to shine! Jumping into this industry was the last thing I ever thought I’d do. I’ve dabbled in cake decorating, painting canvas, drawing/sketching, sculpting, pottery/ceramics, photography, scrapbooking, sewing. Turns out, I have fun seeing people walk around with my art on their nails! Don’t get me wrong - I would continue other forms of art if I had an art room. It’s a lot taking everything out and putting back up. If I had a designated space, I’d create more because I can leave everything out.

If I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me out eating by myself, being a couch potato watching tv or at our kids’ games. I often venture with my man and our two teens, checking out local events, trying out different cuisines, going to the AMC, sports games, comedy shows, etc. I love a fun night at a karaoke bar!

What I’d like clients to know? I am human, not robot. Some designs take experimenting, adjusting, and a little patience. Inspo pics are for reference. Not all sets will be perfect. I’m no Bob Ross but I can make mistakes too. Even your “typical artist” will reprint their original piece rather than repainting it. It won’t be replicated 100%. Social media and the internet is already a lot to deal with. Please be kind. “I just have a lot of feelings!” -Mean Girls

One thing about me is I will write a novelllllll. I swear I don’t talk this much in person. Ok - you’ve accomplished your summer reading. Come put your hands in mine and tell me about yourself!
