This week ive been working on online orders and my garden harvest..
I'm not sure which is more work, keeping up on restocking or managing the end of the year garden harvest..... at the moment I'd say the garden is taking its toll on me.
I've been busy canning diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, roasting tomatoes for tomato sauce, making green tomato salsa Verde and processing the loofah.
I still have all of this on my counter top as well as, roughly 100 pound of tomatoes and 15 pounds of raspberries in my deep freezer to get processed.
Wish me luck, cause im gunna need luck, prayer and endless energy drinks to get through the next month.
BUT, dont get me wrong, I LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT!

We are out here until 7pm this time. Come out and see us. We are still trying to catch up with the bath bombs. Hyde park wiped us out. If you didn't make it, you can check us at
