Group Yomassage Session

Date- October 17th
Time- 10:00 am
Investment- $45.00 per person

Why do we use restorative positions in Yomassage?

Because sometimes the first step toward relaxing is simply getting comfortable enough to stop holding yourself up.

Props and supported positions allow the body to settle while the Yomassage practitioner incorporates therapeutic touch, breath, and mindfulness into the experience.

There’s no need to perform a pose or achieve a particular stretch. The goal is support, comfort, and creating space to simply receive. 🤍

That’s one of the things we love most about Yomassage: you don’t have to be “good” at relaxing to begin.

Wellness doesn’t always have to be a solo practice. 🤍

There’s something powerful about slowing down in community. Sharing space. Feeling supported. Being reminded that caring for ourselves doesn’t have to mean withdrawing from everyone around us.

Yomassage was created to bring together restorative positions, mindfulness, therapeutic touch, and human connection in a small-group setting.

Because sometimes feeling better starts with simply feeling connected.

Join us for Soul Work Circles With Jackie

October Soul Work Circle sessions
October 7th & 21st
5:30 pacific
6:30 mountain
7:30 central
8:30 eastern

This month our sessions will be on the topics of
“Post-Traumatic Growth” &
“Listening, Leaning In, and Softening”

You're invited to join me online twice a month membership for a soulful community gathering inspired by Soul Work: A Field Guide to Freedom, by Dr Tiffany Ryan (co-founder of Yomassage®️)

Together, we’ll explore key insights from the guide, dive into meaningful integration prompts, and reflect on how these teachings are showing up in our own lives. These sessions are a blend of thoughtful conversation, personal growth, and shared discovery—with plenty of room for laughter, lightness, and genuine connection. Come as you are—let’s grow together in a space that’s supportive, spirited, and real.

I have been in the health and mindfulness field for over 25 years as a licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Generational Healer®️, Breath-work & Meditation Coach, as well as a Personal Development & Sacred Honoring®️ Guide. I look forward to holding a supportive space for us to connect and grow.
