Good morning Everyone.
Getting myself together one day at a time... One note at a time, one deep breath at a time, one Dream at a time. I refuse to fail no matter what!
What are some things you do to help you achieve better mental health?
Me I’m a writer and I took off writing for years.... & truth be told I haven’t felt like myself since I’ve stopped!
But I’ve never gotten rid of anything I’ve wrote. I feel like writing is my passion, it’s my way to heal, to communicate, to let go & improve. Writing is therapeutic... My writings one day will be combined into a book about my journey & how I’ve overcame things & hopefully my story will be able to help and guide other young mothers/women to the finish line...
