Salon Update – Level 4 Bed

As the saying goes, when it rains, it pours. Unfortunately, we’re experiencing another equipment issue.

Our Level 4 bed is currently out of service. We are actively troubleshooting the problem, but so far we haven’t found a solution. In the meantime, I’m exploring every option available, including:

* Looking into replacement beds
* Contacting a technician from another company for a second opinion
* Brainstorming additional solutions to get us back up and running as quickly as possible

At this time, I honestly do not have a timeframe for when the Level 4 bed will be back in service. I know this is frustrating, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience.

What does this mean for Level 4 package holders?

I kindly ask for your patience while I work through this. In the meantime, you are welcome to:

* Use our Level 2 beds or our Hybrid Red Light/Tanning bed.
* If you’d rather not use your Level 4 visits right now, we can pause your Level 4 package. Simply purchase a Level 2 package to use in the meantime, and we’ll hold your remaining Level 4 visits until the bed is back in service.
