My Biggest Takeaways as a Salon & Medspa Business Owner 🩷

Not everything is perfect, and that’s okay!

As a small business owner, we are constantly growing, learning, making mistakes, and figuring things out along the way. That’s the beauty of building something of your own.

The reality is, everyone stumbles a little, even when it may not look that way from the outside. For me, creating an empowering business centered around women and built by women is at the heart of who we are.

So grateful for this journey, our incredible team, and everyone who continues to support us. 🩷

Love ya!
Kristina Ruggerio

PS: I’m using my own personal cosmetic products in this video, and my absolute favorite is our Seamless Foundation! It’s clean and formulated to work beautifully across all skin types. Come visit us in person to find your perfect shade and support a small, local business while you’re here.

Thank you, Wilmington, Delaware! 🩷

Consultations are the most crucial part before makeup application, and of course.. my favorite part of the whole process 🩷
