šæ Completing Our RIDER Method Summer Journey šæ
As we complete this yearās RIDER Method⢠program, another beautiful layer of the work has revealed itself: inner child healing.
The RIDER Method began as a way to explore healing through nature, horses, energy, intuition, and hands-on connection. This summer, we discovered that the journey is not only about learning new techniques. It is also about remembering the joyful, creative, and curious parts of ourselves that may have been waiting quietly to be invited back into the light.
Some colleagues in massage therapy or equine bodywork may consider my hands-on approach and energy work old-fashioned. I see it differently.
I am refining and deepening the knowledge I have gathered throughout more than 35 years of professional practice, beginning in 1990. Experience teaches us which traditions deserve to be carried forward, which practices are ready to evolve, and how intuition and careful observation can work alongside continuing education.
The RIDER Method⢠brings these elements together:
R ā Rebalance
I ā Investigate
D ā Detect
E ā Energize
R ā Release
And sometimes, what we are ready to release is the belief that healing must always be serious or difficult.
Healing can also be dancing.
Healing can be singing.
Healing can be listening to a fairy tale, walking beside a horse, gathering stones, noticing the music an animal enjoys, or allowing the inner child to feel safe enough to play again.
As we bring this summerās program to a close, we release our inner child to move freely, express joy, and feel gratitude for this beautiful season and the life unfolding around us.
Each day offers another opportunity to notice wonder, receive wisdom from nature, and remember how joyful it truly is to be alive.

š“ Nature Healing with Horses | RIDER Journey Wrap-Up š“šæ
As our summer RIDER Journey comes to a close, we celebrate each step:
š¼ Rebalance
š Investigate
š§ Detect
⨠Energize
šļø Release
This season, we explored how nature, horses, movement, energy awareness, and my handcrafted First State Diamond Essences⢠Radiance Mist can become part of a personal wellness routine. My hope is that these experiences inspire you to pause, reconnect with yourself, and find moments of balance, even when life feels chaotic.
As you reflect on this summer, ask yourself:
⨠What gift did the RIDER Journey bring you?
For me, the greatest gift has been the birth of my family of four foundational Radiance Mists:
š¤ Magnolia ā Divine Grace
š Forsythia ā From Darkness into Light
š§” Tiger Lily ā Abundance & Supply
š Thyme ā Time & Money Freedom
Creating these mists has been one of the highlights of my journey, and Iām grateful to share them with you.
May your summer continue with peace, purpose, and a renewed connection to nature.
Thank you for riding with us this season.
Until next summer⦠Tally Ho! šæš

First State Diamond Essences
Today I had the joy of introducing two of my favorite Radiance Sprays to clients: Tiger Lily and Thyme.
I often think about how many of us struggle with the balance between time and money. Sometimes we have plenty of time but limited resources. Other times weāre working constantly, earning a living, yet have little time left to truly enjoy life.
Tiger Lily and Thyme are two essences I enjoy pairing together as a reminder to seek greater harmony between those two parts of life.
Each Radiance Spray begins in my Delaware garden. I harvest each Tiger Lily blossom just as it opens, then preserve its energetic imprint using my handcrafted First State Diamond Essences. The sprays are blended with purified water and organic witch hazel and are intended to create a beautiful ritual of intention and well-being for your personal space and daily practice.
Every bottle is handcrafted in Delaware with gratitude, care, and purpose.
Available at select Delaware locations.
Message me, and Iāll be happy to let you know where you can find them.
āMay your days be rich in both purpose and the time to enjoy it.ā

š» An Unexpected Sunflower at Tacker Barn
Today I arrived at Tacker Barn and discovered a single sunflower growing beside the steps. I couldnāt help but smile. It looked as though a bird had planted the seed there.
Tacker Barn is named after my great-uncle, who dairy farmed there for 25 years. That made this little surprise feel even more special.
In flower folklore, the sunflower is often associated with healing the father-daughter bond. That made me pause and think about my dad. My heart is at peace. On my end, that bond is filled with gratitude and love.
Sometimes nature has a beautiful way of reminding us that healing continues to bloom in unexpected places.
š» Today, at Tacker Barn, one little sunflower brightened my day.
Healing isnāt always found in perfect places. Sometimes the brightest light grows from weathered foundations.

Good-bye to the month of June . You give us summer-time and abundance. See you next year!
šæ Radiant RIDER⢠Nature Healing with Horses š“š§”
This month has been about investigatingāthe āIā in RIDER.
I waited patiently for one special tiger lily to bloom so I could create this yearās Tiger Lily Essence. Every day I checked the flowers near my mailbox, watching and waiting.
Then one morning I looked outside my bedroom windowā¦
There they were.
An entire hillside filled with tiger lilies.
Everything I had been searching for was already surrounding me.
Sometimes thatās true in life, too.
When weāre struggling with low back pain, sciatica, or feeling unsupported, itās worth asking ourselves what weāre carrying. For some people, it can be stress. For others, financial worries. Sometimes itās an old story weāve carried since childhoodāthat there wonāt be enough, or that we have to earn our worth.
Nature has a gentle way of reminding us otherwise.
This June has been a month of abundance, patience, awareness, and gratitude. Each essence has arrived in its own perfect time:
š¼ Forsythia
š¤ Magnolia
šæ Thyme
š§” Tiger Lily
Together they tell a story of growth, resilience, and remembering what has been here all along.
Iām excited to begin sharing the new Tiger Lily Radiance Spray for the environment, face, and body during sessions.
š And for the Fourth of July, weāll celebrate with all four essences togetherālike fireworks for the spirit! During my July special, Iāll be incorporating Magnolia, Forsythia, Thyme, and Tiger Lily into each session as we celebrate freedom, healing, abundance, and new beginnings.
Sometimes healing isnāt about finding something new.
Sometimes itās simply waking up to the abundance that has been surrounding you all along.
Happy Independence Day week!

Radiant Ridersā¢
Week Two: Investigate ā Listening to Your Inner Child
Welcome back, Radiant Riders.
Last week we explored our Flower Power. We gathered our stones, created our sacred space, selected or prepared our flower essence, and began restoring balance.
This week we move into the second step of the RIDER Method:
I ā Investigate
As we begin our investigation, ask yourself:
What is at the helm of my thought?
For me, two guiding ideas continue to inspire my work:
šø Love thy neighbor as thyself.
šø From darkness to light.
As a healthcare practitioner, these ideas guide my study of flower essences, nature, and the bodyās remarkable ability to restore balance.
This week I invite you to gently explore your inner child.
Many experiences from childhood continue to influence how we respond to relationships, stress, celebrations, disappointment, and even joy. Rather than judging those experiences, simply become curious.
As Independence Day approaches, notice what memories arise.
For some, the Fourth of July brings excitement and family traditions.
For others, it may bring memories of loss, grief, loud noises, or difficult experiences.
Whatever comes up, simply notice it with kindness.
Your adult self can choose to respond with compassion.
One area weāll explore this week is the shoulders.
Our shoulders often carry physical tension as well as emotional stress.
Weāll begin observing how the body responds to gentle release, mindful movement, breathing, and compassionate awareness.
If youād like to experience these techniques more deeply, I highly recommend the workshops offered by my myofascial release instructor, whose work inspired much of my continuing education. If workshops arenāt practical for you, Iām happy to incorporate these concepts into personalized sessions.
As you spend time with your horse, dog, cat, or another animal this week, notice how easily they return to the present moment.
Animals remind us that healing often begins with safety, trust, connection, and simply being present.
This week, allow your inner child to experience that same kindness.
May your journey continue from darkness toward light, one gentle step at a time.

Week Check-In: Divine Timing & Flower Power
How has your time in nature been?
Over the last few weeks weāve slowed down enough to notice the stones that seemed to call to us. Weāve gathered them with intention and reflected on creating a special place outdoorsāa simple circle of stones, a quiet corner of the garden, or another peaceful space where we can reconnect with ourselves and nature.
For me, that space becomes a place of conscious intention for healing, gratitude, and listening. Others may have their own traditions or ways of connecting with the outdoors. The important part is creating time and space to be present.
Now, as we approach the Fourth of July, letās revisit something from last yearās Radiant RIDER Methodā¦
šø Flower Power
What flower comes to your mind first?
Not necessarily your birth flowerābut the flower that has always spoken to your heart.
Mine is Forsythia. It reminds me of hope, fresh beginnings, and the joyful arrival of spring. Iāve created my Radiance Spray, and it serves as a gentle reminder of those qualities whenever I use it.
My Tiger Lily is almost ready to bloom, reminding me that every season has its own rhythm. Sometimes the greatest lesson is simply trusting divine timing.
This Independence Day, may we celebrate with gratitudeāfor nature, for one another, and for the freedom to grow in kindness.
Love your neighbor as yourself.
