Lola officially started behind the chair with us this week, and I genuinely cannot say enough about what we’ve already seen from her.

Fresh out of hair school, but the confidence, natural ability, creativity and instinct she has behind the chair are something you simply cannot teach.

As someone who has spent years in this industry and has had the opportunity to train and work alongside new stylists, you recognize when someone just has it. And Lola has it.

She’s confident without being afraid to ask questions. She trusts her eye while still wanting to learn. She pays attention to the little things. And most importantly, she has that natural understanding of hair that usually takes years behind the chair to develop.

This is only week ONE. 🤯

There is so much growth still ahead of her, and that might be the most exciting part. We cannot wait to watch her continue to learn, refine her craft and turn all of that raw talent into something pretty incredible.

A recent graduate and just beginning her career behind the chair, Lola already has an incredible natural talent — and these photos are just a little glimpse of what she can do. ✨

She has a beautiful eye for hair, a passion for her craft, and we’re so excited to give her a space where she can continue learning, growing and developing into the stylist we already know she’s capable of becoming.

Lola’s books officially open Monday and she’s ready to start building her clientele! This is the perfect opportunity to get in with a talented new stylist from the very beginning. 🤍

We recently transitioned our phone service from Spectrum to GoNetspeed, and during that change, a default voicemail system was activated without our knowledge. Unfortunately, we’ve since learned that some clients who called the salon were directed to a voicemail that was not our usual Studio Aerie voicemail, and those messages were not received by our team.

We sincerely apologize to anyone who tried to reach us and did not receive a response because of this. We truly value your communication and would never intentionally leave a call or message unanswered.

Most importantly, if you called to cancel, reschedule, or make a change to an appointment and did not hear back from us — and were charged a cancellation or no-show fee as a result — please reach out to us. We absolutely want the opportunity to make that right and refund any charge that occurred because your message did not reach us.

The voicemail issue has now been corrected, and moving forward, calls and messages should reach us as usual.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re so sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. Thank you to those who brought it to our attention so we could get it resolved. 🤍
