So am I wrong for replying to this person the way I did even tho she posted this comment under a video where I’m clearly talking about wanting all clients to come in shampooed and detangled I’m also explaining how I shouldn’t have to spend extra time detangling if I’m asking you to come in detangled 🤔

Everyone head shape is different . For medium knotless the max install time is 4 hours but with a smaller head it could be 2 and a half or 3 🤷🏽♀️ just saying ….
Some of yall really can’t do it and some of yall just lazy ! Yes I said it 🤷🏽♀️ somebody had to . Because I clearly say to everyone please be sure to come in shampooed clean and detangled or if I forget then you’ll ask and still come in putting 30 minutes or more on the day with the way your hair looking when you come in 🤦🏾♀️ Let’s just do better .
