Dreams really do take dedication—and sometimes they take you across the world.

This summer, my heart is overflowing with pride as I celebrate my daughter, Tallulah Almand, who has been invited for the second consecutive year to train at the prestigious Conservatório Internacional de Ballet e Dança Annarella Sanchez in Leiria, Portugal.

This invitation is especially meaningful because Tallulah has continued to pursue excellence in ballet while overcoming significant health challenges with resilience, determination, and grace. Watching her grow as both a dancer and a young woman has been nothing short of inspiring.

This year brings an extraordinary new honor. Tallulah has been selected to participate in Dance at the Castle, an international arts festival held within the historic Leiria Castle, where dancers from around the world come together to celebrate dance, history, and culture.

Only approximately 52 American dancers have been selected to participate in this international training and cultural exchange, making this opportunity an incredible honor.

As an esthetician, I spend my days helping others feel confident in themselves. As a mom, I’ve learned that confidence is also built through perseverance, resilience, and believing in what’s possible. Watching Tallulah chase her dreams has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, and I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported her along the way.

I’m excited to share that Stay Gold will soon be offering a full menu of advanced facial treatments, including:

✨ Rejuvapen Microneedling
✨ Environ Cool Peels
✨ Dermaplaning

To help expand the level of care we offer in Greensboro, Victoria Locklear will be joining me at Stay Gold this fall. Many of you may already know Victoria from her time at The Parlor. She began her journey with us as a CNA and has spent the last four years building her expertise as an esthetician.

Victoria is thoughtful, honest, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the people she serves. She will be offering the same facial services that have been available at our Winston-Salem location, and I couldn’t be happier to bring her talent and level of care to the clients who have supported Stay Gold from the beginning.

Her books will open in September, and I’ll be sharing more about her background, specialties, and booking information in the coming weeks.

As always, I want to thank you for following along and supporting this little dream of mine. I do my best to share important updates and behind-the-scenes decisions here first.

One thing that’s always been important to me is transparency. You’ll notice that on our website we list the technology, devices, and professional products we use in our treatments. We do this intentionally because I believe clients should have access to information and be able to research the brands and technologies for themselves. We carefully select treatments and products based on performance, safety, education, and results—not trends.
