I love this transformation from brassy and one note to gorgeous dimensional blonde. I use Blondor Plex 9 for her highlights and glossed with Wella Shinefinity 9/61 and 10/0. I also added lowlights of color touch 5/1 and a dot 3/0 using the pastel developer. Her base is 7/0 8/1 Koleston Perfect!!! @
