Say it with me📣: The fresher your batch #, the more expensive your fragrance. The older the batch #, the cheaper your fragrance will be. The fresher batches see prices hikes every few weeks to a few months. There is nothing the stores can do about it. There is a reason why the same perfume can be $15-$50 more at Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Fragrance Outlet and Perfumania VS Ross, TJX, Burlington etc. They all sell authentic fragrances, but only some provide you the product as soon as it gets off the production line. If you want cheaper and older batches, that's a different post for another time. Now the authentic, fresher batches will always see price hikes VS the older batches ( older has a lower shelf life and should not be charged at full price ) . Check for yourself at CheckFresh.Net to ensure it's an authentic /fresher batch ( looking at you Amazon, too many resellers and products don't always link back to the brands store front ) Now the larger sizes will always be a better value for your pocket ( I didn't say better price, I said better value ) For example : 200ml =$185 - 100ml=$140 =+$45 more for an additional 100ml If you were to buy two bottles of 100mls: 100ml=$140 X 2 =$280 So you would be spending $95 more if you were to purchase two separate bottles for the same amount of liquid you can get in the larger bottle. Check for yourself . Which points came as a surprise to you, or did you already know this ? Which one did you choose? Are you turning your nose up at a perfume because you genuinely don't like the scent or is it because it's not popular on social media/you don't like or trust the brand that made it ? All valid points. However, what if I told you that the master perfumer created the same fragrances that you refuse to try because of the brand, also created some of the most famous fragrances for brands you do like ? Will you try them now ? Master perfumers/Noses/Nez have shaped the perfume industry in so many ways, and they work for a variety of brands. Not just designers but also Niche houses too. So before you pass on the next bottle because you don't know the brand, just try it ! Let the product speak for itself . So which side were you on and why? Let me know in the comments. #perfumeknowledge #fragrance #perfumelovers #masterperfumers #fragrancelover #perfume #oliviercresp #mercedesbenz #azzaro #mensfragrances 10/25/2024

Paris Hilton wins this round for me . -Her price points are amazing. -She utilizes top perfumers in the fragrance world to create her scents, so you the consumer get the same quality for a fraction of their usual price . -They have scents unique to her brand that stand the test of time ( looking at CanCan and Heiress here) -Easier to build your collection without constantly going over budget and they last about the same on the skin as most Jo Malones I've tried ( argue with someone else over this ) My issue with Jo Malone is the price point doesn't match the longevity for me . Not saying this is always a bad thing , but if I can enjoy the same type of composition they offer for less, I'm going with less at this point . The ingredients are quality so I'm not arguing that here. But once you know, you know . What's your thoughts on this ? Do you own any of her fragrances ? What's your favorite? 12/02/2023

I wanted to love it but : TRASH it for me . You definitely smell the sweetness of the candied lemon, but boy did I dislike that musky vanilla mixed with rum note. It smelt almost like wood polish . Immediately no. This is for some, and I'm not one of them . Sound off below on what you love or hate about this one . Would you buy it ? 11/29/2023

The most overhyped fragrances on my timeline are : Amouage, Thameen, Xerjoff etc. Change my mind. Not saying they are all horrible etc. It's just that social media is constantly pushing these brands on the everyday person, who can be severely disappointed when smelling these for the first time if they didn't sample them first. I implore influencers to advise their followers to sample these products before pushing a $300+ bottle they will hate 90% of the time. Yes you have to know your audience, but on the off chance your video lands in front of someone starting out, it can have a bigger impact on them than planned. 11/29/2023

PSA: I will not be keeping up with the Joneses just to promote my social media presence. My page is to share my love of fragrances and share my knowledge on everything I learn about the perfume world. If you are here to have products shoved in your face every few minutes, this might not be the page for you. I see too many of my young clients come in every few days trying to spend $100+ on fragrances just because they are trying to keep up with their favorite influencer, EVEN if they don't actually like the fragrance. As an influencer you have a duty to be transparent on your page because you KNOW the impact you have on the every day person. Hope this helps for those that are hoping to see more products on my page every two days. When I purchase it, you'll know 🥳 11/29/2023
