As a personal trainer I strive to provide health and fitness coaching as a means to achieve a richer, more fulfilling Life.
I am a NASM certified personal trainer, and I have been a health and fitness fanatic for the past 5 years. I study these two topics religiously, and educating others about them is my passion. I am interested in all aspects of nutrition, and I make it a point to learn every fitness discipline I can. From gymnastics and plyometrics all the way to the other end of the spectrum with kettle bells and power lifting. I have built this site in an effort to help people find their path back to personal health and happiness.
