This gorgeous log cabin quilt was such a pleasure to finish. The rich blues and greens, accented with touches of gold, create a beautiful depth and warmth throughout the quilt.

Now it’s packed up and on its way to its new home, where we hope it will be enjoyed for many years to come. There’s something so special about knowing a quilt we’ve worked on will become part of someone’s home and memories. 💙

We just finished quilting this stunning quilt, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

The rich reds, whites, and blues paired with the fireworks border make this quilt perfect for celebrating America all year long. Our client chose a flowing swirl quilting design that adds beautiful texture without taking away from the striking fabrics and piecing.

🚨 Sewing Hack Gone Wrong: Do not Load Multiple Threads on One Bobbin! 🚨

🧵 Thread is cheap. The problems it can create? Not so much.

I get it—we all love saving a little here and there. But when it comes to bobbins, loading multiple threads onto one might seem clever at first…until your machine throws a fit!

Here’s why it’s a big no-no:
1️⃣ Tension Nightmare: Your machine will struggle to maintain proper tension, leading to skipped stitches and thread breaks.
2️⃣ Bobbin Jams: Different threads can tangle, causing costly downtime and frustration.
3️⃣ Inconsistent Results: Uneven stitching can ruin your project, wasting more than just thread.

💡 Pro Tip: Stick to one thread per bobbin. Trust me, your sewing machine (and your sanity) will thank you!
