Fine, naturally straight hair vs hot, humid, or {eek} raining it’s a better idea to wear it up. Also extremely thick, heavy hair can pull the curls out too.

I always love how highlights accent curls so perfectly! My recommendation before a big event, don’t try a new hair color the week of or just before! Give yourself 2 weeks (or even 2 months) time to see how you like it, try on your dress or outfit with your new hue too! That way if it’s just not the right fit, there’s time to adjust!
