Our instructors are professional, intuitive, and passionate about Yoga. Our Therapeutic Bodywork combines advanced, intuitive techniques to include Rehabilitative Massage, Myofascial Release, Medical Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Lypossage, Energy Therapy, and Assisted Stretching. We utilize our expertise to find imbalances and compensations that are creating any discomfort and bring your body more into balance to ease pain and stand tall. Our Online Yoga Videos offer convenience for yoga during your workday, vacation, or when you can't get to class. We also offer Infrared Sauna Sessions that are great for detoxing, elevating your mood during winter months, restoring healthy skin, soothing arthritis & joint pain, and relaxing tense muscles. The sauna is a great place to meditate or have quiet time for yourself. Our latest addition to our services is "John of God" Crystal Light Therapy. 7 large vogel cut quartz crystals align your main chakras and colored light that amplifies the energy of each chakra shines through each crystal offering chromotherapy. Then the crystals also act as a portal through which the "Spirit Doctors" that "John of God" channels to work with the recipient if so desired.
The Wellness Corrective will not have any in studio classes tomorrow Saturday due to the weather. We will attempt zoom for our 10am yoga class if not too much lightening.
