A few things I’ve been loving lately…basically, the things currently taking up space in my brain. 😂

☕ Coffee: Marshmallow! A cold brew with Marshmallow cream = 😋

💇‍♀️ Hair: Sunlights Spritz. My go-to for refreshing my curls on those non-shampoo days.

📖 Currently reading: The Midnight Train by Matt Haig. A familiar story, but I still really enjoyed it.

📺 Netflix binge: Best Medicine. The perfect distraction when you’re trying NOT to stare at the timer on the treadmill. 😂

🍂 Fall obsession: Jeans with fun prints! Apparently, I need more personality in my pants. 😂

Can we talk about humidity for a minute? Because some days it feels like your hair has a mind of its own. 😂

If your hair gets frizzy, puffy, or just completely changes its personality the minute you walk outside, you're not alone!

A few things that can help:

✨ Start with the right shampoo & conditioner. Hydrated hair is much less likely to go searching for moisture in the air.

✨ Don't skip your leave-in or styling product. Think of it as a little barrier between your hair and all that humidity.

✨ Make sure your hair is completely dry before heading outside. Damp hair + August humidity = trouble.

✨ Use a heat protectant that also helps with frizz. Your styling products can do double duty!

✨ And finally...don't fight your natural texture! Sometimes the best humidity-proof style is working with your hair instead of against it.
