This week’s has accomplished it all and MORE! Congrats to Lucy-Ellen Brady who just finished her Pure 21 Wellness Challenge. This challenge isn’t easy… it takes strength, determination, and drive. As a scientist, she used these 21 days as a “personal project” and she tracked changes along the way. Not only is she down 25 lbs, but she has more energy and confidence too!

Above all, Lucy-Ellen stood out to me because she’s been unbelievably supportive of everyone on their Pure 21 journey.

So today is day 21 of the Pure21 Challenge and I can't believe the changes in my body. I have asked doctors for the last decade to test my gut health. To determine the level of candida in my body and have time after time been turned down knowing I was right but not knowing what to do about it. I would gain weight while eating healthy and exercising. Not muscle fat. My body has been in a state of metabolic starvation for a decade.

This program has changed that because the evidence is clear. As a scientist I made these 21 days my science project. I weighed myself every other day and measured my legs which are normally swollen. YES I know this ISN'T A WEIGHTLOSS PROGRAM but when your biggest problem is if your gut properly functions, weightloss is what is noticed when it is fixed.

In 21 days I have lost 25.2 lbs
My calves went from 27" around to 24''
My feet aren't swollen for the first time in 10 years
My energy level is higher than my normal
I feel amazing and like I'm walking on air.



This protein shake is AMAZING! I am not a fan of protein shakes you have to make because they always have that taste. THIS DOESN'T. Taste just like Hersheys
