The Backstory ⤵️
The Celest Glow started as a signature makeup look I created when The Face Ritual was born. Since then, she’s evolved into a monthly special bundle and has officially earned her place on my permanent service menu.

The Significance ⤵️
Celest was a dear friend of mine who passed away suddenly last year. We met in 2018 while working together at Red Robin and became instant friends.

Ours was a pretty low-key friendship. We didn’t need to talk or see each other every day, but we always knew we had each other’s backs, no matter what. She was truly the “give the shirt off her back” kind of friend. Fiercely loyal and always there for the people she loved.

My husband and I have so much to thank her for, as she’s quite literally one of the reasons our relationship blossomed into what it is today.

It’s been 14 months without her in this world, and not a day has gone by that I haven’t thought of her and wished we could giggle over a glass (or bottle) of w**e together again. I miss her every day, but I’m eternally grateful to have known her, loved her, and called her my friend.

The Why ⤵️
Losing Celest was a huge part of what pushed me to take a chance on myself and build The Face Ritual. Honoring her through something I’ve poured my heart into feels like one small way to keep her light shining.
