The second picture was from a year ago, and the first was from today. This was my first client after becoming an independent contractor, the first person who sat in my chair at Meraki. In two weeks, I will be celebrating my one year anniversary. It hasn’t been a walk in the park. This career move was one of the biggest risks I’ve took in life. And, I still have much to learn but omg I DID IT.
I haven’t seen her since my first day, but this was the best anniversary gift I could have got.
