I’ve been behind the chair for 15 years, and I can genuinely say I absolutely love what I do. For me, hairstyling has never been just about creating beautiful hair—it’s about helping women see and feel the best version of themselves.
I specialize in color analysis and customized hair design, using your skin tone, eye color, natural coloring, and individual features to find the shades that truly bring you to life. I also love using bone structure, facial proportions, symmetry, and balance to create cuts, colors, and styles that complement your unique features rather than simply following trends.
I believe beauty is personal. The perfect hair color or haircut should feel like it was made specifically for you.
One of the things I love most about the beauty industry is its ability to change the way someone feels about themselves. When a woman leaves my chair standing a little taller, smiling a little bigger, and feeling more confident—that’s the part of my job that means the most to me. I truly believe that when we help people feel confident and beautiful, that confidence carries into every part of their lives. In that way, I believe the beauty industry has the power to change the world, one person at a time.
Outside of the salon, my favorite role is being Mom to my three beautiful children. On my days off, you’ll usually find me spending time with them, working out, or on the golf course.
After 15 years, I’m still just as passionate about this industry as ever. Beautiful hair is what I create, but confidence is what I hope every client takes home.

I started beauty school on a whim while still in high school. Then found my true talent and passion for hair and the industry at my first salon.

- been a National Educator with Paul Mitchell

Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m originally from Eugene, OR and moved to Yakima in 2023 with my now fiancé. I’ve been behind the chair for just over 6 years and absolutely love helping people feel confident and beautiful through hair.

I specialize in long layered haircuts & blowouts, lived-in color, high impact blonding, and grey blending. My favorite part of this career is getting to see my clients’ reactions and watching their confidence skyrocket in my chair. My goal is always to help people feel like the most beautiful version of themselves.

Hollie has been behind the chair for 3 years and is passionate about creating custom looks that make her clients feel confident and beautiful. She especially loves creating blonding, dimensional, and lived-in looks that fit each client’s everyday life and personal style.

One of her favorite parts of being a hairstylist is getting to know her clients and building real relationships with them. She truly believes the best hair comes from understanding each person’s goals, lifestyle, and what makes them feel their best.

When she’s not in the salon, you can find Hollie soaking up the sunshine, traveling, reading a good book, shopping on Amazon, dressing up and putting together a cute outfit, or spending time with her friends and two cats and dog.

I’m Courtney, and I’ve been a hairstylist for 14 years, though I was doing mine and my friends’ hair starting in 9th grade! In the salon, I’m all about building one-on-one relationships with my clients. I see each appointment as a chance to connect, to listen, uplift, and help them feel truly seen. I know my job is about more than hair; it’s a space where my clients can be themselves, and where I get to help them express who they are. I specialize in vivid colors, creative cutting, and anything bold or out of the box!

When I’m not in the salon, I’m all about embracing the outdoors and sunshine. I love hiking, paddleboarding, gardening, and when winter hits, you’ll find me on the slopes snow skiing. I’m always chasing the sun, and I thrive on travel, music festivals, dancing, and weekend adventures with my dog, Cooper. Every part of my life is infused with creativity and passion, and I bring that same energy to every client experience in my chair.

I’m Eden, one of the owners of Mosaic Salon & Co., a hairstylist, wife, mama of three.

Behind the chair is where my passion began, and after all these years, it’s still exactly where I love to be. I specialize in blonding, lived-in color, and extensions, but what truly fulfills me is helping people feel confident, beautiful, and like the very best version of themselves.

To every guest who has trusted me with your hair, supported my dreams, referred a friend, shared a kind word, or simply chosen to sit in my chair, thank you. You are the reason I’ve been able to build a career that I genuinely love. The relationships I’ve built with my guests mean more to me than you’ll ever know, and I never take your trust or support for granted.

As my career has grown, so has my passion for education. Creating Evolve Education is my way of giving back to the industry that has given me so much. My goal is to help beauty school students and licensed stylists build confidence, refine their techniques, and feel prepared for the reality of life behind the chair. I want to encourage the next generation to dream big, believe in themselves, and create careers they’re proud of.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me cheering on my son at baseball games, traveling, spending time with my husband and our three kids, or making memories with the people I love most. My family is my biggest “why,” and they’re the reason I continue to chase big dreams while encouraging others to chase theirs, too.

Meet Akeeli, one of our Owners🫶🏽

I started doing hair when I was 16 years old and was licensed by 17. It’s kind of wild to think that I’ve now spent over half my life doing what I love. Over the years I’ve also become licensed in barbering and esthetics, taught as a hair instructor, and have never stopped learning. Education has always been something I’m passionate about, whether I’m the one teaching or the one sitting in the classroom.

But if there’s one thing that rivals my love for hair… it’s traveling.

I’ve been lucky enough to visit over 20 countries (and I’m definitely not done yet 😂). We love traveling with our kids. I want them to grow up seeing the world, experiencing different cultures, trying new foods, and realizing how big and beautiful life really is.

Before opening the salon, I lived a few different creative lives. I worked in weddings, dabbled in interior design, and one of my favorite adventures was hosting photography retreats in places like Greece and Italy. I’d spend months planning every little detail, from the homes we’d stay in, to the meals we’d share, to creating entire wedding days just so photographers could build their destination portfolios. We’d have 20+ photographers together, and watching complete strangers leave as lifelong friends was always my favorite part.

Looking back, I think I’ve always been drawn to creating experiences that bring people together. Whether it’s around a dinner table, on the other side of the world, or sitting in my salon chair.

As much as I love hopping on a plane, I love coming home just as much. Washington will always be home. I grew up on the west side near Seattle, and I don’t think I’ll ever get over how beautiful this state is. Give me a beach walk, a ferry ride, a mountain view, a good cup of coffee, a book, and I’m happy.

Hair has given me so much more than a career. It’s introduced me to some of my closest friends, allowed me to hear hundreds of life stories, celebrate milestones, cry through hard seasons, and watch families grow. That’s something I’ll never take for granted.
