We used to carry a much wider range of lasers, HIFU, and other advanced devices, and we’ve often been asked why we no longer do. After years of working with professional devices, we became increasingly intentional about what we offer. Intensive treatments mainly work through controlled injury or thermal effects to stimulate resurfacing, tightening, or tissue remodeling, and many are typically performed only once or twice a year. They can deliver meaningful results and have their place in aesthetics, but treatments that push the skin to its limits are fundamentally different from consistent care that supports the skin barrier, overall skin health, and how the skin ages over time. When intensive treatments are overused or improperly performed, they can compromise the skin rather than improve it. Long-term skin health requires a different approach.
