Important Update Regarding Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policies

Dear Valued Client,

We are writing to inform you of an important update to our booking policies at The Mind & Bodywork Collective.

Effective immediately, all appointments will require a credit or debit card to be kept securely on file at the time of booking. This policy has been implemented to help reduce missed appointments and last-minute schedule changes, allowing us to better serve all of our clients.

Please note that having a card on file with The Mind & Bodywork Collective does not change your normal checkout process. You will still check out directly with your therapist at the conclusion of each appointment.

If you would like a more streamlined checkout experience, you may arrange to keep a card on file directly with your therapist. Feel free to discuss this option with your therapist at your next visit if it is something you would prefer.
Your card on file with The Mind & Bodywork Collective will only be charged in the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show that falls within our cancellation policy:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment time and No-show appointments will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked services.

A no-show is defined as:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, and
Making no attempt to communicate with your therapist or our office regarding your delay.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as these policies help us protect appointment availability and respect the time of both our practitioners and clients. While our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy is in place for all appointments, your therapist may exercise discretion when determining whether a fee will be applied.

If you have any questions regarding these changes, please do not hesitate to reach out.
