Our toy drive was supposed to begin tomorrow. However due to the weather conditions, we were not able to get the boxes to the drop sites on time.

Providing that the weather permits us, the boxes will be placed at the drop sites by Monday 5th December. Please feel free to message us at anytime if you have any questions, comments or suggestions.

🎁About Our Toy Donation Program🎁

We welcome your toy donations for patients at the Pediatric Ward of the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital and the St. Benedicts Day Nursey and Children's Home. You can’t imagine the difference your gift can make to a hospitalized patient.

To make your drop off as convenient as possible, we have selected Collection Sites. Wrapped Boxes will be placed at these sites from December 1st until December 20th. Collection Sites are Coreas City Store in Kingstown, General Hardware Supplies in Arnos Vale and So Chic Beauty Shop in Calliaqua. In addition to the collection sites, personal deliveries can be made. Please call ahead (4921525/5265966) to schedule your delivery and we can meet you at the designated drop off area.

To prevent infection, we can only accept new and unwrapped gifts for infants, children and adolescents. Once we receive your gift, we will sort and sanitize the gifts to further prevent infection. Additionally, unwrapped gifts ensure that children and adolescents are given gifts that are appropriate to their age and developmental levels.

Below are the criteria that we ask that you follow when making your toy donations, to help us maintain patient safety and well-being.

• To prevent infection, we only accept new toys and books.
• We cannot accept stuffed toys or toys with small pellets or beans.
• Toys should be sturdy and free of any parts which may pinch.
• Please avoid toys which can break easily and leave sharp edges (i.e. made of glass or brittle plastic).
• We do NOT accept or distribute toys that are designed to promote aggressive behaviors (e.g. toy weapons of any kind, or violent video games or movies).
