Nice excursion to Cuc Phuong with the 'Learning Project' and my Grade 11 ESS students. Weather was perfect and the forest, oh so inviting. 29 degrees Celsius, 81% relative humidity. Just got back from the Turtle Center and the EPRC. Everyone is tired today because of all the fresh air and exercise!

Feeling a bit sentimental. 20 years ago, this was the first picture I ever took with a new (first) Canon digital camera in 2006. On the edge of a forest reserve next to a meandering river, somewhere in Northern Thailand. I took this photo from the back of a jeep while my Dad sat next to me. We were on a 'father and son' trip through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We had just come back from elephant trekking after staying in a homestay in the mountains.
