Across the green hills and rich, fertile soil of Efate island, a powerful movement is growing. This is the story of the hardworking mamas of Efate who have united under the banner of Efate Peanut Enterprise.
Every single morning, these mamas wake up with a shared vision. They work the land with their own hands to plant premium quality peanut seeds.
They nurture the crops, clear the weeds, and carefully tend to the fields through every season until the peanuts are fully mature and ready. When harvest season arrives, the mamas g*ther together with joy to harvest peanuts that are large, fresh, and clean.But their hard work does not stop at the garden's edge.
To bring the true taste of the islands to the market, Efate Peanut Enterprise takes these fresh harvests and transforms them through their very own expert value-addition process. They roast, coat, and season the peanuts into a delicious variety of specialty flavors, including savory Garlic Peanuts, sweet Peanut Coated with Honey, and spicy Chilli Peanuts.

To bring these premium products straight to you, Efate Peanut Enterprise has formed a strong business partnership with Nel C Homemade Products. Today, I praise God as I look back on the long journey I have traveled!” 🙏✨

I am so thrilled and happy to announce that Nel-C Homemade Products has officially joined the local mothers at Mama’s Handicraft, located inside a permanent building right in the middle of town (ABM Building)! This is a massive milestone for me, and it truly proves the saying: "Dream Big and Start Small."

When I joined the V-Lab training program, I set a strong personal goal that I must secure a permanent space for my business. Today, God has made that dream a reality!

🏔️ A Year of Big Challenges

Before moving into this permanent building, I operated out of a temporary tent for a whole year. It was not easy at all, and I faced many tough challenges, constantly moving from one spot to another:

🎪 First 8 months: Setting up at Saralana Park.

🏢 For 3 months: Moving to the ex-Lolam Building opposite ANZ in town.

⛺ For 1 month: Operating at Pikinini Bar.

🪵 For another 4 months: Setting up our tent opposite the ex-New Look shop in town.

Finally, in June, God opened a great door of opportunity for me to join the mothers and settle inside a proper, permanent building!
